This page is no longer maintained, buy or search for Churchill pottery here.
Churchill was originally the result of a collaberation of smaller potteries from the Staffordshire area of the UK, including Broadhursts, Portland and Bridgwoods. The origins of these potteries can be traced back as early as the late 1700s, but it wasn't until 1984, that this collaberation adopted the name of the Churchill Group. Since then the group has acquired the likes of W Moorcroft, Stratford Bone China and Wessex Ceramics.
In 1992 the company was renamed Churchill China PLC following registration as a public limited company. The company has now been divided into two divisions. The first deals with domestic tableware, and the other with catering and hotelware.
The objective of this gallery is to display photographs of the many discontinued designs from the Churchill Pottery. These designs will include retired tableware, collectibles and giftware. We hope that this will serve as a useful point of reference for those people trying to identify their retired Churchill dinner sets, tea services and collectables.
Should you see a flashing lightbulb like the one below, then there is a special offer on the Churchill dishes you are viewing. Clicking on the lightbulb will take you directly to our Special Offers page.
Development of these pages is on ongoing project so keep checking back.
