This page is no longer maintained, buy or search for Royal Stafford pottery here.
Royal Stafford China was the tradename of Thomas Poole. Thomas Poole was founded in 1880 and mass produced china and earthenware tableware. In 1948 it merged with Gladstone China, and traded as Royal Stafford China from 1952. John Maddock and Sons purchased the Royal Stafford trade mark in 1985, and in 1994 it merged with Barratt's as Royal Stafford Tableware.
The objective of this gallery is to display photographs of the many discontinued designs from the Royal Stafford Pottery. These designs will include retired tableware, collectibles and giftware. We hope that this will serve as a useful point of reference for those people trying to identify their retired Royal Stafford dinner sets, tea services and collectables.
Should you see a flashing lightbulb like the one below, then there is a special offer on the Royal Stafford dishes you are viewing. Clicking on the lightbulb will take you directly to our Special Offers page.
Development of these pages is on ongoing project so keep checking back.
